You’ll help shape feature requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high‑quality functionality. We’re seeking creative problem‑solvers who enjoy improving product modules, working in teams, and owning outcomes. Responsibilities: · Partner closely with product managers and other developers to define future product direction. · Architect the database and code structure to deliver functionality in a manner that will be scalable and with high performance. · Develop code adhering to the specifications, user stories and tickets for both web and mobile applications. · Interface with 3rd party vendors to define and develop integrations to other platforms. · Leverage AI to gain efficiencies in code creation and unit testing. · Test, troubleshoot, debug and maintain new product features to ensure functionality is delivered without defects. · Monitor platform traffic and make adjustments as necessary to ensure good application performance. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related field. · 5+ years professional experience in software development. · Proficiency in programming languages & frameworks such as C#, Angular, .NET Core, EF Core, and SQL. · Experience with agile development methodologies. · Strong problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analytically defend design decisions and take feedback without ego. · Strong attention to detail and accountability.
