Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include writing efficient, scalable, and well-documented code, contributing to system architectures, implementing object-oriented designs, and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The candidate will also have opportunities to contribute to technological innovation within the ShipReady Ecosystem.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles
Experience with Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining robust server-side applications
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
