Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-impacting features. Propose new ideas, challenge requirements when needed, and drive improvements to team metrics. Contribute to testability, resiliency, maintainability, and quality improvements across the codebase. Ideal Background 4+ years of professional experience with Kotlin, Java, or C# (Kotlin is the primary backend language). Strong experience with SQL databases and domain modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable tailoring messaging across stakeholders.
