We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with deep Epicor ERP experience to support custom development, integrations, and client-facing technical initiatives. This role is heavily hands-on and best suited for someone who enjoys solving complex ERP challenges through clean, scalable development.
Epicor ERP (4+ years) is required.


This position focuses primarily on software development within Epicor environments, with an emphasis on C#-based solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical designs, build and maintain custom solutions, and support existing implementations as systems evolve.


While the majority of work involves new development, there will be occasional support of previously delivered solutions, particularly during upgrades or enhancement cycles.


What You’ll Be Doing
Translate functional and business requirements into technical architecture and development plans
Design and develop custom solutions using Epicor’s customization framework and related technologies
Build and maintain C#-based customizations, functions, and integrations
Collaborate directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of custom solutions
Maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions
Support existing customizations during upgrades and system changes
Develop integrations between Epicor and third-party platforms
Assist with client education around BAQs, BPMs, and Epicor technical capabilities


Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, MS SQL, and Visual Studio
Experience working with Epicor customization tools, APIs, and frameworks
Familiarity with REST APIs, IIS, web services, and JavaScript
Experience with SSRS reporting
Comfort working in cloud or hosted environments
Understanding of manufacturing or distribution business processes
Experience using source control tools (GitHub or similar)
Ability to create documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
