At Icalia Labs, we’re looking for a Software Engineer who is ready to make a real impact within a small, high-performing development team, supporting multiple core applications that power our solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic software environment, where processes and tools are constantly evolving. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, contribute to key initiatives, and solve technical challenges that drive tangible business results. 



Responsibilities 💼
Support the planning of software projects, including defining scope, estimating effort, and managing execution.
Write and maintain code using multiple programming languages.
Maintain clear, concise, and well-organized technical documentation.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Collaborate with senior engineers on strategic projects throughout 2026 to improve internal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall quality.


Requirements 🛠️
3+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications on Microsoft platforms.
Strong experience with C#, T-SQL, and JavaScript.
Experience with Classic ASP and VBScript.
Hands-on experience in Scrum environments and solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record working effectively in development teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.

Mandatory Requirements ✅
