Constellation's innovative solutions are reshaping how satellite networks operate and respond to dynamic environments.


 Role Description

 
This is a part-time, remote role for a Software Engineer at Constellation Space (YC W26). The Software Engineer will work on building and maintaining the company's cutting-edge ConstellationOS platform. Responsibilities include designing and implementing software solutions, contributing to back-end development, and writing high-quality, efficient code. The role involves collaborating with a diverse team to enhance platform performance and ensure optimal system functionality.


 Qualifications

 
Strong foundation and knowledge of Computer Science concepts and principles
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
Experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a drive to learn and improve
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in AI, satellite systems, or real-time data processing (preferred but not required)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
