Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Software Engineer in a startup. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions.


Qualifications

You must be able to gain a full understanding of code from static code analysis. You can spot design and implementation flaws without running the code.
You must have experience working directly with LLMs, not using a framework or library.
Strong experience designing protocols will give you an edge against other candidates.


Compensation

Starting salary is between $200k and $300k depending on skill level. Ability to earn equity is available.
