You will shape how providers and clinical staff engage with our product, administer unique clinical programs to patients, and achieve the best clinical outcomes as a practice. The systems you develop will impact the product experience from when a patient is first introduced to our treatment model to appointments that make the most use of the provider’s and patient's time. Your work will directly influence how patients receive the best treatment possible. As the company grows, the care delivery experience you help build will determine how well FlyteHealth can scale without losing clinical rigor, patient trust, or speed. In short, this role matters because better provider and clinical staff experiences lead to better health outcomes at scale.
