This is an early role with real ownership, ambiguity, and impact. What You’ll Work On Turning the OpenNHP protocol into a production-grade product Designing and building systems for preemptive, identity-first security Building backend and infrastructure-heavy software that interacts with networks, identity, and access Applying LLMs and AI systems to security workflows and product features Working closely with founders to shape architecture, product direction, and developer experience Who This Role Is For You’re likely a fit if you: Have been a software developer for several years and have shipped real systems Have security, networking, or infrastructure experience (strong plus, not required) Are high-agency and self-directed — you don’t need constant direction Are comfortable working in ambiguity and early-stage environments Are actively building with LLMs and can explain how you’ve used them in real applications Believe AI fundamentally changes how security must be designed What Matters More Than a Résumé We care deeply about how you think and what you’ve done, not titles.
