Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer / Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in MERN or MEAN stack development. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. The candidate should be comfortable managing technical delivery while coordinating directly with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MERN or MEAN stack.
• Design, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure secure, high-quality, and timely delivery of projects.
• Work closely with offshore development teams to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure smooth communication between client and offshore team.
• Travel to client office if required.

Required Skills
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience (React/Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Azure DevOps, Storage, etc.).
• Strong client communication and project coordination skills
