About the job
The Development Engineer (Contractor) will provide technical development, maintenance, and support for Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation (MPA) applications. 

• 5+ years of experience in software development and application support, ideally within Retail Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation systems.
• 3–5 years of strong experience working with at least one relational database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). SQL Server and Oracle are preferred. 

• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments is a must.
• Familiarity with at least one of the scripting languages (Perl, Shell, PHP or Python) and reporting tools (Power BI, Snowflake).
• Experience working with programming stack like C, JAVA, Dotnet, VB is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
