Audubon is currently seeking a Software Engineer III to join our team fully Remote. We have a very exciting roadmap of upcoming planned projects, and are looking for someone who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment where their voice is heard when building new features or using new components.

 

You would be an integral part of the UI design, architecture, as well as overall product strategy. The ideal developer is a seasoned front-end JavaScript engineer with some experience with Node on the back end.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing new user-facing features using React.js and React Native.
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience building pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Node.js and frameworks available for it.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel.
Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Experience working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
Good time management, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 

Pay Range: $140,000.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD
