Our team owns the patient portal, the central platform through which patients schedule appointments, manage billing, communicate with their care teams, and track their treatment progress.As a full-stack engineer on this team, you’ll design and build scalable solutions that directly shape how patients engage with their care. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to solve complex technical problems and deliver a seamless, secure, and accessible experience. Your work will have a direct impact on patient retention, satisfaction, and overall mental health outcomes.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of professional software engineering experienceExperience collaborating directly with product and design teamsProven ability to build highly responsive, scalable, reliable, and performant systemsProficiency in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to post-launch maintenanceIntermediate understanding of modern application architecture, including API design patterns, data modeling, security, performance, and scaling as well as frontend architecture including component-based design, state management patterns and rendering performance.Preferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
