Role Overview

Veltrex Solutions is an AI consulting and product studio transitioning into a multi-product SaaS company. We build real systems used by real customers, operate at high speed, and value execution over process.

We are hiring high-output full-stack software engineers to work directly under our CTO and alongside the founders to help us:

Build and scale SaaS products

Finish and stabilize half-built systems

Ship reliable code under real deadlines

This is not a corporate role.
This is a role for engineers who move fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Be Working On

Your work will roughly break down as:

~70% SaaS product development

~20% finishing or improving existing systems

~10% client-specific work (varies by project)

You will:

Build full-stack SaaS features from clear direction and specs

Contribute to architecture decisions with CTO/founder alignment

Improve and extend existing codebases

Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party services

Ship features on aggressive but realistic timelines

Provide frequent progress updates and surface blockers early

You will not:

Talk directly to clients

Be left without direction

Be micromanaged if you deliver consistently

Direct collaboration with CTO

Regular interaction with founders

Fast, founder-driven decision making

High trust + high accountability

Speed first, balance second, quality third (but never sloppy)

You are a strong fit if you:

Are comfortable moving fast in evolving systems

Are fluent in English (written and spoken)

Are comfortable working async with a high-performing team

Technical Requirements

You should already be comfortable with:

Modern full-stack development

React / Next.js or similar frameworks

Backend development (Node.js and/or Python)

APIs, databases, and authentication

Cloud-hosted applications

Working inside existing codebases

AI / LLM experience is core to our products, but:

You don’t need to be an expert

The CTO will handle deeper architecture and model strategy

You must be comfortable implementing AI-driven features
