Job Description: Software Engineer (Full Stack) – Remote (US)Join a fast-moving startup reimagining customer onboardingOnRamp is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer who’s passionate about building great products, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to have a big impact.We’re building the leading customer onboarding platform—automating and scaling what’s traditionally been a messy, manual process. As an early engineer, you’ll work across the stack to ship real features, own systems end-to-end, and have direct impact on customers.What You’ll Do:Build features used by real customers every dayDesign automation that makes onboarding seamless and scalableImprove UI/UX across our appsShip clean, maintainable codeCollaborate closely with product and designWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of full-stack development experienceStrong with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, etc.)Experience with backend development in Node.js and/or Python (Flask, FastAPI)Solid foundation in software engineering principlesComfortable owning features end-to-end in a startup environmentMust be a US citizen, we are not sponsoring Visas at this timeBonus Points:Experience with workflow automation or onboarding toolsBackground in early-stage startupsFamiliarity with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, AI tools or integrationsWhy OnRamp?You’ll be part of a small, scrappy team shipping quickly and solving real problems.
