You’ll coach teams on best practices for automated testing at the unit, integration, API, and UI levels. You’ll also lead initiatives to improve test coverage, reduce flakiness, and incorporate testing into CI/CD workflows.This role is part enablement, part engineering you’ll write code, architect solutions, and lead by example. Rather than being embedded in a single product team, you’ll build scalable solutions, frameworks, and best practices that empower all engineering teams to deliver reliable, testable software.
