3-5 years in a Data Science, ML, or similar technical role
Proficient in Python, R, SQL and BigQuery, with experience developing production-ready models
Strong understanding of time-sensitive or high-frequency data environments
Comfort navigating ambiguous or evolving product spaces
Experience working independently across full project cycles

Daily Responsibilities
Build and optimize pipelines that convert raw events into features for downstream use
Develop and iterate models used for forecasting, segmentation, and operational decision-making
Implement safeguards and monitoring systems to catch irregular patterns or exposures early
Create visibility for internal teams through dashboards, reports, and alerts
Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to embed intelligence across systems
