We are looking for a senior-level contract engineer who can contribute not only code, but also technical leadership, product insight, and architectural direction as we continue evolving our platform. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior / Principal .NET Engineer (contract) who is comfortable operating as a high-impact individual contributor in a small team environment. This role requires someone who can: Design and implement complex backend systems Improve product usability and platform capabilities Evaluate and integrate modern technologies (including AI) Work independently while collaborating closely with product leadership You will work directly with leadership to help shape both technical direction and product capabilities, not simply execute pre-defined tickets. This is a remote, part-time contract role for an experienced engineer who thrives with autonomy and ownership.
