Implement and evolve voice and AI runtime systems, including capture, playback, processing, and safe integration with LLM-driven features. Partner with gameplay, design, UI/UX, and backend to define system-level contracts and tooling that unblock rapid iteration and live ops. Lead performance and stability work: profile with Unity tools and Xcode Instruments, reduce memory and frame time, and fix device-specific issues. Essential Skills and Experience: 5+ years in systems or engine-side game development with shipped Unity mobile titles; strong C# and C++ plus working knowledge of backend systems. Proven track record integrating native SDKs and OS features on iOS and Android via Unity plug-ins, with strong debugging of platform edge cases. Experience working with AI systems for development and production, connecting AI services into essential game and tool systems Deep mobile performance literacy: profiling, memory and allocation control, GPU/CPU analysis, and practical optimization for Unity on iOS. Clear communication and collaboration across disciplines; comfortable defining APIs, writing concise docs, and supporting build and release workflows.
