Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Solutions Engineer. The role includes collaborating with clients to analyze requirements, provide expert guidance, and craft cutting-edge solutions using the Strike48 platform. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting technical conversations, and supporting presales activities to demonstrate product value. The role ensures seamless implementation of the platform while fostering long-term client relationships and driving adoption of automated solutions. Responsibilities: Partner with the regional sales team to develop strategic and technical account and territory plans. Ability to demonstrate All Strike 48's products and solutions to customers either on-site or remotely, with a focus on value-based differentiators. Experience responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Self-motivated with a consistent track record in technical software sales and knowledge of technology. Strong ability to collaborate and dynamic presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly to emails and RFPs when submitting reports. Ability to be organized and analytical and will be able to eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches. Requirements: 5+ years related experience in selling and supporting software products to IT organizations. 5+ years related experience in Security Operations and Incident Response Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and an ability to communicate complex ideas to all levels of the business. Strong technical fundamentals in a relevant part of IT or Security markets (examples include networking, SOC Operations, Incident Response and Investigations and SIEM management, etc.) Familiarity with Devo or other SIEM technologies such as Splunk, Sentinel or Secops is a plus Familiarity with AI concepts such as MCP, GraphRAG and Agentic AI is a plus Some familiarity with programming or scripting is a plus (e.g. C/C++, Shell, Perl, Python, etc.).
