Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Willow, you'll work cross-functionally to identify business problems and architect, build, and verify solutions. While the role will work across many features in our product, it will have a focus on incorporating AI features in various workflows. This role blends software engineering and ownership in product strategy - playing a critical part in delivering high-quality features to our customers.

Role & Responsibilities

4+ years of software experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex web applications
Collaborate to spec, design, and build features and systems
Help interview and recruit new team members
Work on a modern stack built upon: TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and Docker containers in Kubernetes on AWS (experience with these specific technologies not required)
Prior experience in the mortgage industry is a plus but not required
