Position Overview The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and support proprietary SaaS platforms used by industrial producers and operational facilitators across global construction related sectors. This role requires advanced design and engineering skills due to complex business logic, global standards, and industry complexities. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain high-performance SaaS applications utilizing advanced technologies including JavaScript, React, Node.js within an AWS ecosystem. Develop cloud-native services using modern serverless and Microservices architectures. Design and implement complex business rules and analytical workflows to ensure accurate and reliable system development and delivery. Provide technical guidance within a Global Agile / Scrum team through design input, hands-on development, and peer code reviews. Collaborate closely between stakeholders and cross functional SDLC teams to ensure seamless development, integration, and ongoing support. Support globalization initiatives including specific workflows, measurements and standards, regulatory and compliance requirements, and customer specific customizations. Requirements Include: Demonstrated expertise developing adnaced appliactions across JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, and CSS environments. Experience building applications on AWS utilizing Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora / PostgreSQL, and CloudWatch. Solid understanding of Microservices architectures and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Material UI, AG Grid, AG Charts, and Storybook is a plus. Previous experience with AI-native code editors like Cursor is desired. International application development experience supporting software utilized across multiple regions is a plus. Prior experience designing and implementing complex business logic and analytical workflows. Experience collaborating with globally dispersed development teams. Previous experience within commercial construction, industrial manufacturing, logistics / supply chain, or fleet services is a plus. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, strategic partners, and client organizations across the globe.
