Senior Software Engineer 

AI & Real-Time Systems

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, AI-driven tech business that’s building a real customer data platform for advertising - not a website, but a core piece of enterprise infrastructure that powers highly personalized, automated marketing for major brands and retailers. They’re scaling fast and tackling serious technical complexity!


They’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who knows how to build actual products at scale - the kind that process huge volumes of data, run in real time, and sit behind mission-critical systems. You’ll work on event-driven architecture, high-throughput services, and APIs that enable AI systems to make smart, automated decisions.


What you’d be working on:

Building scalable, AI-first campaign management systems
Designing low-latency bidding and optimization services
Creating real-time data pipelines (Kafka / streaming tech)
Embedding privacy, governance, and compliance into the platform
Shipping modern APIs and tooling for internal teams and partners


What they’re looking for:

5+ years building distributed, event-driven backend systems
Strong experience with TypeScript / Node.js and Kubernetes
Hands-on with streaming data platforms (Kafka, Flink, etc.)
Strong systems design skills in cloud-native environments
Experience building real, production-grade products (not just apps or websites)
Start-up background is highly desirable
Bonus points if you’ve worked in ad tech, martech, or data-heavy platforms


💰 Comp: up to $220,000 base + 10–30% performance bonus + equity/options
