You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to ship high-quality features, improve system reliability, and drive measurable impact for the business. What You’ll Do Architect, implement, and maintain services, APIs, and internal tooling. Own feature development end-to-end — from technical design to deployment and monitoring. Improve system performance, reliability, and code quality through thoughtful design and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, break down complex problems, and ship iterative improvements. Participate in code reviews, on-call rotations, and continuous optimization initiatives. Contribute to technical roadmap discussions and long-term engineering strategy. What We’re Looking For Strong experience with at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, or similar). Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, distributed systems, and system design. Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, microservices, or full stack applications. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tooling. Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and execute them independently. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Nice to Have Experience with React, Next.js, or modern frontend frameworks. Exposure to ML tools, model-serving workflows, or data infrastructure. Background in high-growth startups or large-scale engineering environments. Interest in observability, performance tuning, or developer productivity tooling.
