The Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with production-level Python experience to help design, build, and maintain backend systems that power our revolutionary healthcare solutions. You’ll collaborate with product stakeholders, internal teams, and customers to deliver scalable, robust, and well-documented systems that directly advance our mission. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and maintain core services, APIs, and data workflows that leverage the latest generative AI technologies. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to translate complex product requirements into elegant, scalable solutions. Drive architectural decisions informed by both product insights and clinical expertise. Build and maintain diagrams, documentation, and whiteboarding artifacts for complex systems. Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and ensure observability with tools like Datadog. Apply security best practices, enforce comprehensive testing, and ensure production reliability. Conduct detailed code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold high standards of code quality and documentation. What We’re Looking For Proven Python experience in production environments. Strong understanding of backend services, APIs, and modern web architecture. Familiarity with diagramming/documentation tools (e.g., Lucid). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments. 5+ years of software engineering experience. US Citizens and Green Card holders only Nice to Have Experience or interest in Go. Exposure to data processing, ML/AI, or generative AI workflows. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
