 Role Description

 
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Engineer based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, debugging applications, and ensuring system reliability. The role also encompasses working with cross-functional teams to implement innovative AI-driven tools that enhance mental health care services, aligning with PsychNow's mission.


 Qualifications

 
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
Experience with system architecture, software design, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data engineering concepts
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills
Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines
Track record of working with cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
Familiarity with mental health technologies or healthcare systems is an advantage
