This role is ideal for engineers who care deeply about how developers work, enjoy working across the stack, and like being close to real product decisions. What you’ll be doing Building and improving core product features used daily by a large developer community Working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure where needed Prototyping ideas quickly and shipping based on real user feedback Collaborating closely with design and product to shape new workflows Helping define how AI and agentic systems fit into everyday development What they’re looking for Strong software engineering background (language-agnostic) A genuine interest in developer tools and improving developer workflows Ability to think from the user’s perspective, not just the technical one Clear communication and comfort working in a product-first culture Experience from a top school, major tech company, or well-known startup is helpful Nice to have (None of these are required) Rust or WASM experience Linux/shell programming Backend work in Go Graphics work (OpenGL/WebGPU) Why this team?
