Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will play a key part in building and enhancing modern web applications, contributing to end-to-end feature development, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.


The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with deep expertise in React, C#, and TypeScript, a solid understanding of modern cloud platforms, and excellent communication skills. You are confident in your technical abilities, humble in collaboration, and proactive in delivering high-quality work.


Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and reusable components
Build and integrate APIs and support end-to-end system integrations
Contribute to SSO initiatives and authentication-related projects
Develop new features and enhance existing functionality
Work extensively with Sitecore, including component-based development
Support and improve search engine functionality
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including standups, backlog refinement, and code reviews
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to clarify specifications and deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across applications


Required Qualifications
5–7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Expert-level experience with React and C#
Strong proficiency in TypeScript (required)
Experience with Next.js
Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and component-based development
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly discuss technical specifications
Self-starter with high attention to detail and ownership mindset


Preferred Qualifications
Sitecore experience (highly preferred)
Experience with Azure DevOps
Cloud experience with Azure preferred; AWS experience acceptable
Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
