Job Description: What You Bring

10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on user-facing solutions
3+ years in a security-conscious environment
Expertise in Typescript and React and familiarity with Python
Expertise working with Postgres or a similar relational database
Experience working on software that aids in decision-making either through data visualization, data analytics, or configurable workflow and simulations
Extensive experience working with product managers to shape and define requirements into small, incremental business-valuable deliverables
Experience project managing a small team using a modern agile methodology
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice To Haves

You're a former startup founder, or have been the first engineering hire at a startup
Experience in the health tech domain, particularly in clinical software
Experience working with Kubernetes
