Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Design and implement backend components and services with medium complexity

Debug, refactor, and optimize systems for performance and scalability

Required Qualifications
2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend systems

Proficiency in backend technologies and frameworks relevant to your stack (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java)

Solid understanding of system design principles, architectural trade-offs, and performance tuning

Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainable software development

Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Attributes
Experience leading small features or subsystem initiatives

Familiarity with API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), microservices, or event-driven architecture
