Speed matters. Accuracy matters. The provider experience matters. We’re now building our own ATS + CRM platform in-house. This is a real internal product that will run our recruiting and operations, and it needs to be built clean from day one. The Role We’re hiring a senior software developer to help architect and build our ATS + CRM from the ground up. This is not an entry-level role and not a “build a quick app and disappear” situation. We need someone who can own decisions, ship production-quality software, and work confidently across Windows + macOS, with iOS experience as part of the ecosystem. Minimum commitment is 5–6 months, with a strong likelihood to extend. What You’ll Do Build and ship the core ATS + CRM platform (MVP → production) Turn real recruiting ops into clean workflows: pipelines, tasks, follow-ups, notes, and reporting Build systems that support ops + credentialing realities (documents, expirables, checklists, status tracking) Develop with strong support for Windows and macOS environments Apply iOS experience where it makes sense (mobile-first workflows, approvals, quick actions, notifications) Design solid data models, APIs, and integrations (email, documents, internal tools) Implement secure access patterns (roles, permissions, auditability) Ship fast, but correctly: iterative releases, testing habits, and maintainable code Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Senior-level development experience (you’ve shipped real production software) Strong Windows experience Strong macOS experience iOS experience beyond hobby projects (shipping or meaningful production contribution) You can work independently, communicate clearly, and make good tradeoffs You’re comfortable building systems that handle sensitive data with care Tools / Habits We Value Git + clean release practices API + database fundamentals (you can design for scale, not just “make it work”) Testing and QA discipline that prevents regressions Debugging ability across environments Documentation that makes a long-term build maintainable Nice to Have ATS / CRM / internal ops platform experience Healthcare staffing, HR tech, or compliance-heavy environments Workflow automation experience (triggers, webhooks, Zapier-style logic) Strong product instinct (simplify messy workflows into clean UX) Contract Details Minimum: 5–6 months Status: Ongoing, likely to extend How to Apply Send a resume plus a short note with: What you’ve shipped on Windows and macOS Your iOS experience (apps/contributions, links if available) Your preferred stack for a build like this (and why) Apply: Zach.young@iastaffing.com
