Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and responsive web and mobile applications with a strong focus on user experience.
Implement and manage databases, including creating schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.
Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications.
Automate tasks and processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
Review, debug, and optimize code for quality, performance, and maintainability.
Participate in validation and verification testing.
Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software development experience, with exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.
Solid understanding of software, hardware, networks, and security fundamentals.
Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. permanently.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience building responsive web apps with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
Proficient in C# and .NET 5+, including ASP.NET Core and API development.
Skilled in SQL and relational database design.
Comfortable with backend concepts like async programming, connection pooling, multithreading, and background workers.
Familiar with MVC, Git, and agile workflows.
Exposure to SaaS data warehousing tools is a plus.
Certifications in development or security are a plus.
Experience working in a lean or start-up environment is a plus.
