Now, they’re hiring one of their final early engineers to take the front-end (and product experience) to the next level. Why This Role Stands Out You’ll join a tiny, senior founding team who know their craft inside out. You’ll own product surfaces end-to-end, with huge creative freedom to shape what gets built. You’ll get all the autonomy of an early engineer, without the chaos of a 0→1 product. You’ll help architect the platform that underpins the next wave of AI-powered community tools - integrating MCP and agentic systems. What You’ll Work On Build and refine React and React Native features that drive growth and user delight. Collaborate closely with founders to scope, prioritize, and ship new features fast. Push the limits of type-driven development using modern TypeScript. Help design rails for AI coding agents to autonomously create new functionality. Influence key technical and product decisions - you’ll be in the room for all of them. Who You Are 2+ years of software engineering experience (ideally in startups or as a founder). Deep TypeScript expertise - you care about functional programming and strong typing. Skilled with React; React Native experience is a bonus. You’re pragmatic, product-minded, and care deeply about user experience. You thrive in autonomous, fast-moving environments and like solving real customer problems. The Setup Fully remote, aligned to Eastern Time (US) hours. Salary: $160K-$180K USD, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
