You will be an integrated member of the cross-functional development team. You will be a part of building our user-facing web application and the backend that powers it. We have made great progress on the initial product offering and a great group of customers. But, there is still a long way to go, and your input will be invaluable. What You’ll Do Build across the stack using Typescript, Node, and Python with the ability to quickly learn new technologies as decisions are made Collaborate with other engineers to design highly-performant services Mentor other engineers through informal discussions and code reviews Refine/design roadmap items into actionable work Advocate for extensible & secure software patterns What You’ll Need 5+ years developing software professionally on a team Experience with languages like Typescript, Node, React, Python and the ability to quickly pick up new technology as technical decisions are made Hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS/Google Cloud), Microservices, REST APIs, and API Development Hands-on experience with SQL databases Experience writing unit tests and integration tests Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting Additional Information: $130 - $150k annual salary based on experience Great benefits, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees Equity grants Monthly equipment stipend to cover laptop, monitor, and any software or equipment you may need This is a hybrid or virtual position. Local team members come into the office approximately 1-2x per week. This is flexible.
