Job Description: What You Need:

5+ years of software development or operations experience
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Self-starter with an ability to solve problems with little or no direction and a passion for driving change
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for overall architecture, product, and application design
Strong leadership skills to mentor and assist less experienced team members
Experience working with a public cloud such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar
Experience with containerization systems such as Podman, Docker, LXC, and similar
Experience in a container orchestration platform such as Kubernetes
Knowledge of a common scripting language such as Python, Ruby, etc
Experience working in Terraform, CloudFormation, or other infrastructure as code systems
Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins in a modern containerized environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of judgment and creativity in designing innovative solutions. 
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments. 
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions. 
The ability to travel periodically for work. 
 

Helpful/Preferred: 

Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL database management systems, particularly within Amazon Aurora
Experience in cloud networking
Experience as a web application developer, on stacks such as Ruby on Rails and Spring Boot 
Experience with Atlassian product suite
Experience working in strict compliance guidelines such as HITRUST, PCI-DSS, or equivalents from other industries
