Try Premium for PKR0 About the job About Advanced RevCycle Advanced RevCycle (ARC) is a high-growth, PE-backed, tech-enabled company that provides end-to-end billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for home health, hospice, and palliative care providers. We’ve collected $5B+ for agencies of all sizes across 15+ EMR platforms. We’re building the data infrastructure and automation that will modernize how post-acute RCM operates. Who You Are You bring 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably with experience building B2B products at an early stage. You have a product sense and you’re comfortable with ambiguity. You can convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Your workflows are AI-native. What You'll Do You'll join a lean, high-ownership engineering function and help shape the platform, practices, and technical direction as we scale. Build across a wide surface area: workflow applications our team uses daily to serve clients, integrations, automation, and data pipelines. Build and maintain the data platform: ETL, schema/database architecture, and the reporting layer that drives daily operations. Work directly with ops, product, and leadership to define scope and ship against real operational feedback. Establish foundations that keep us fast: pragmatic architecture and tooling. Why This Role You'll have direct partnership with leadership, real product influence, and a real opportunity to grow into engineering leadership as we scale. Hospice, home health, and palliative care teams show up when patients and families need them most, but behind the scenes, getting paid can be slow, manual, and error-prone, spread across dozens of payers, multiple EMR systems, and complex regulatory requirements. What we build helps maximize revenue for our partners through specialization, speed, and precision, enabling providers to focus on delivering compassionate care. Who Thrives Here We've found a few traits that predict success on this team: Athlete: Comfortable context-switching and handling a few parallel workstreams without losing momentum. Velocity: Moves work forward without waiting for perfect information; iterates toward the right answer. Ownership: Takes initiative and follows through, especially on cross-functional, messy problems. Judgment: Prioritizes well, communicates trade-offs, and flags risks early when needed. Our Current Core Stack Python (Django/FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Azure, Temporal, Docker, CI/CD. The stack is evolving and you’ll help shape it. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field 5+ years full-stack engineering with strong systems design Daily use of AI-native development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) Experience building production APIs and backend services Strong SQL skills across relational and analytical databases Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred) ETL pipeline development Containerization and CI/CD experience Nice to Have Healthcare and/or RCM domain knowledge (we can teach this) · AI/ML experience · Power BI/Metabase · Client-facing integrations · API design · Monitoring and observability tooling · Browser automation/RPA · Compliance-sensitive environments To Apply This role is fully remote within the US.
