The role is permanent and fully remote – ideally working as closely to a Eastern US time zone as possible. As the Senior Engineer, you’ll take a hands-on role in shaping the foundation of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with a world-class engineering and design team to push Unreal Engine to its limits, building tools and systems that seamlessly connect real-world production with digital creation. What You’ll Do Develop, optimize, and maintain core systems and tools within Unreal Engine. Work with C++ to build high-performance, scalable features for a next-generation 3D design platform. Contribute to procedural workflows and real-time rendering optimization. Collaborate across disciplines to bridge digital assets with physical outputs (CAD/CAM, 3D printing, etc.). Help define technical standards and contribute to the strategic direction of the product. Thrive in a dynamic startup environment where adaptability and collaboration are key. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Unreal Engine (preferably at a senior or advanced level). Strong C++ programming skills. Background in tools or engine development - with a focus on proceduralism, optimization, or system architecture. Familiarity with CAD/CAM, 3D printing, or similar workflows connecting digital and physical 3D. Self-motivated problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
