Job Description: Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. 
Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and programming.
Experience with the software development cycle
Experience executing output efficiently and in a timely manner
Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
Competency in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming or related field
Experience with ASP.NET with C# and Microsoft SQL Server versions 2008 to 2012
Experience working with JQuery and JavaScript
Experience with HTML, Linq and CSS
Experience with Angular 18
Experience with Bootstrap
Experience with Agile development, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps
Experience with Cloud software solutions
Experience with full stack development
An understanding of database Views, Stored Procedures, Normalization, Indexing, and Triggers.
Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly
Preferred Knowledge in SSIS, Windows Services, Microsoft SharePoint, Alteryx, Tableau
Preferred Knowledge in data extraction, modeling, reporting
