📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services in Python.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Participate in architecture decisions and define technical best practices.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Create automated tests and contribute to code coverage.
• Support system migration processes and refactor legacy code.
• Document technical processes, data flows, and architecture decisions.
• Communicate effectively in English with global, multicultural teams.

🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Experience with system migrations.
• Practical experience with automated testing and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong knowledge of databases and cloud technologies (AWS).
• Familiarity with tools such as Kubernetes, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
• Ability to design resilient components for distributed systems.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and global teams.
• Preferred: prior experience in financial institutions, banking, or Fintech.
