This role is responsible for architecting and deploying scalable AI solutions, developing intelligent agents using Generative AI frameworks, and translating complex business challenges into production-ready machine learning systems. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise and hands-on experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions. Job Duties Architect and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems Design and implement AI systems leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures Develop AI agents to support document processing, summarization, and knowledge retrieval workflows Translate business requirements into scalable AI and data science solutions using internal datasets Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and vendor platforms into enterprise environments Assess intellectual property and data governance considerations related to AI implementations Implement and enhance MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management Mentor and guide Machine Learning Engineers on development standards and best practices Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field with 7+ years of hands-on machine learning experience OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments Hands-on experience working with NLP and large language models (LLMs) Proficiency in Python Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch Experience implementing MLOps practices including model deployment and monitoring frameworks Experience designing or implementing Generative AI solutions, including RAG or agent-based systems Desired Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms or vendor AI tools Knowledge of data governance, model risk management, or responsible AI practices Industry experience within financial services or insurance environments Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
