Their operations are powered by a high-impact engineering team that builds proprietary tools and platforms that support domain health, critical automation, and optimizes internal operations. This is a small team where engineers are expected to wear multiple hats and juggle shifting priorities. They are looking to hire a confident Senior Software Engineer to contribute across the full-stack, design, and architectural process. This role is ideal for a Senior Full-Stack Generalist who enjoys working on a variety of tasks and contributing to architectural direction with a modern stack: Python/Django/Golang, TypeScript/JavaSript, SQL databases (Postgres), and cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP). While the short-term focus is ramping up as a strong individual contributor, there is potential to grow into a technical lead. If you feel confident stepping into the current tech stack and contributing to the design and architectural process, please read on for details: What You'll be Doing: Build, maintain, and scale internal tools and proprietary platforms that support automation, data workflows, and email delivery operations. Work across a modern stack: Python/Django, TypeScript, SQL databases (Postgres), and cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP). Collaborate closely with the existing engineering team and product manager to deliver against a shared product roadmap. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and design planning. Contribute to cloud engineering initiatives including Kubernetes, serverless infrastructure, and scalable system design. Own end-to-end development of new internal features and improvements, ensuring reliability, performance, and thoughtful engineering standards. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a software engineer working within an engineering team. 2+ years working in a major cloud environment (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable). Strong experience with Python (Django is a plus) and TypeScript/JavaScript. Proficiency with SQL databases (Postgres ideal). Familiarity with cloud engineering best practices (service deployments, IaC, CI/CD, containerization). Experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, or serverless technologies. Ability to think in terms of architecture, design patterns, and long-term maintainability. Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where responsibilities evolve. Exposure to Go or additional backend languages is a plus.
