The Position As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on GameChanger's Computer Vision team, you'll build the backend systems, data pipelines, and user-facing experiences that power some of our most innovative features. You'll focus on backend infrastructure while contributing to Android feature development as we expand our CV capabilities across the GameChanger ecosystem. You'll partner with engineers, designers, and product teams to bring the latest computer vision models into real, user-facing workflows. You'll join a team that is shaping the future of automated highlights, video analysis, and other game-changing experiences for millions of youth sports teams. You will report to the Engineering Team Lead for CV Applications. What You'll Do Build backend systems and Android feature integrations that power user experiences. Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries to handle high-traffic, data-intensive workloads. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Extend and enhance computer vision–based features on Android, with opportunities to learn and contribute to other frontend platforms. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and QA partners to deliver scalable, reliable platform experiences. Integrate new computer vision models and features into production systems with attention to performance, maintainability, scalability, and platform fit. Who You Are 5+ years of software engineering experience with a background in full-stack development. 4+ years of experience with Node.js or another backend technology. 3+ years of experience building and shipping Android (Kotlin) applications or features. Experience building and integrating backend services, APIs, and data pipelines into user-facing products. Experience designing and implementing database schemas and queries. Experience creating and maintaining clear, detailed technical documentation. Flexible software engineer who thrives on owning projects end-to-end, learning new technologies, and building innovative and impactful solutions. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical partners across different departments. Bonus (not required): Experience with frontend development on web or iOS (Swift). This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
