The Role: Senior Full-Stack Platform Engineer

You will work directly under the CTO as a core engineering partner responsible for helping evolve VentureFract into the future infrastructure of dealmaking.

This is not a maintenance role.

We are hiring someone who wants to actively shape how the platform grows — technically, architecturally, and experientially.

You are expected to bring novel ideas, challenge assumptions, and contribute to how VentureFract scales from today’s system into the next generation of founder–investor intelligence tools.

You are not just executing a roadmap.
You are helping design the future roadmap.

We hire engineers who don’t just build what exists —
they help design what should exist next.

This role requires someone who thinks in systems, reduces complexity, and builds for long-term leverage.

What You’ll Do:
Build platform systems end-to-end
Design and implement backend services and frontend interfaces that power founder ↔ investor workflows.
Own architectural quality
Reduce technical debt, simplify systems, and make the platform easier to extend.
Collaborate directly with the CTO
Translate product direction into clean, scalable architecture.
Design intelligent UI workflows
Turn complex AI systems into intuitive user experiences.
Ship production-grade code
Write systems other engineers want to inherit.
Improve developer velocity
Refactor, automate, and streamline workflows.
Contribute novel ideas
Propose platform improvements and future-facing architecture.
Help define engineering culture
Set the standard for ownership, clarity, and execution.
Compensation:

Equity for now until funding, later competitive base salary ($65,000-$125,000 USD, depending on experience and location), plus performance-based bonuses, equity options, and benefits like remote work flexibility and professional development stipends.
