Per4mer helps technical founders build real sales skills without abandoning the analytical, systematic thinking that made them great builders. We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to own the product, take us to market, and go deep on AI — not as a side project, but as the core of what we ship.



Role Description

You'll be our first engineering hire and the primary technical owner. The core architecture is built — React frontend, Supabase backend, 67+ serverless functions, Stripe billing, CRM integrations, and an AI coaching pipeline. Your job is to take it from here to MVP, first customers, and early revenue.

You won't be entirely alone. We're bringing on a contract resource to help with feature definition, UX, and early customer support. But you'll own the code, the infrastructure, and the technical decisions that get us to market.



How This Role Grows

Near-term: Full-stack ownership, MVP delivery, first paying customers
AI depth: Production prompt engineering, MCP integration, agent-based coaching, transcript analysis
Team growth: Second engineer joins for AI/data — you shift to technical leadership
Product influence: Direct input on what we build and why


Qualifications

4+ years building production React + TypeScript applications
Strong PostgreSQL experience (Supabase is a plus)
Experience with serverless/edge function architectures
Hands-on work with Stripe or similar payment platforms
Comfort with AI/LLM APIs — prompt design, response handling, caching strategies
A track record of shipping products, not just writing code
