The Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a lean but highly experienced engineering team. The ideal candidate is a generalist with deep TypeScript expertise who thrives in a high-autonomy, low-meeting environment. You'll work on both new product development and enhancements to a solid existing codebase, with a strong emphasis on engineering best practices and clean code.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement new product features across the stack (frontend + backend).
Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and leadership.
Participate in a rigorous code review process that prioritizes quality and maintainability.
Own initiatives from idea to production in a remote-first, async-friendly setup.
What They're Looking For

7–10+ years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript (absolute must).
Solid experience with full-stack development using:
Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, CSS
Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (Django)
Database: PostgreSQL
Tooling/DevOps: Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, GitLab
Testing: Jest, Enzyme, Unitest
Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams.
Comfort working with a high code-quality bar (longer review cycles, clean architecture).
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.
Nice to Have

Experience working at early-stage or fast-growing SaaS startups.
Previous exposure to complex B2B platforms.
