Job Description: Full-Stack Development

● Build and maintain web applications that interact with smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure.

● Design intuitive, performant UIs and integrate them with secure, efficient back-end services.

Develop APIs, data models, and business logic that support institutional-grade use cases.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Collaborate closely with blockchain engineers and product stakeholders to translate protocol logic into usable interfaces and tools.

Participate in design sessions, sprint planning, and code reviews to align execution with vision.

 

Scalability & Reliability

● Optimize web applications for performance, availability, and responsiveness under heavy institutional traffic.

Ensure seamless, low-latency interaction between front-end systems and onchain

protocols.

Contribute to a scalable, secure back-end infrastructure supporting liquidity flows across chains.

 

Security & Compliance

● Implement robust authentication and access control for institutional-grade users.

Follow security best practices for data protection and transaction integrity across the stack.

Proactively identify and address vulnerabilities and edge cases in both UI and API

layers.

 

Hands-On Engineering

Actively write and deploy code across front-end and back-end systems.

Lead the development of core features, dashboards, and admin tools for managing

external-facing and internal workflows.

Prototype, build, test, iterate and troubleshoot rapidly in a fast-moving environment.

 

Required Qualifications

Experience

● 5+years of experience building production-ready full-stack applications.

Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React preferred; Vue or Angular

also welcome).

● Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, or similar.

● Familiarity with blockchain integrations (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js) is a major plus.

 

Technical Skills

● Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and smart contract integrations.

● Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

 

Soft Skills

● Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

● Maniacal attention to detail and excellent ability to receive and internalize feedback.

● Clear communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
