🎯 The Challenge

As the company scales rapidly, the Builder and Platform teams need strong engineers to:
Ship faster: Reduce delivery cycles from weeks to days through better architecture and tooling
Expand capabilities: Build new builder types, export formats, and integrations
Improve reliability: Strengthen testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
Empower partners: Reduce integration time from days to hours via better APIs, SDKs, and documentation
This role directly impacts company output by unblocking complex features, improving cross-team delivery, and raising engineering standards.
💼 What You’ll Do

Own End-to-End Features
Build complete features from React/TypeScript frontends to Node.js/Fastify backends
Participate in design discussions, implementation, deployment, and production monitoring
Develop complex multi-step workflows (AI content generation, export pipelines, custom tools)
Improve embed SDKs, API ergonomics, and developer documentation to reduce partner integration time
Strengthen Platform & Tooling

Streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployments
Expand automated testing (Cypress E2E, Jest/Vitest, visual regression testing)
Improve developer experience, debugging tools, and onboarding processes
Drive Technical Excellence

Architect scalable systems (database schemas, APIs, state management) handling millions of designs
Conduct high-impact code reviews and share best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into technical solutions
Investigate and resolve production issues
✅ Required Qualifications

Strong experience building complex SPAs with modern React (hooks, context, suspense)
Proven experience designing and maintaining REST or GraphQL APIs with proper versioning and authentication
Deep TypeScript expertise, using types to prevent bugs and improve DX
Database design experience using Prisma ORM, including query optimization
Strong testing mindset (unit, integration, and E2E tests)
Systems thinking with attention to edge cases, failure modes, and long-term maintenance
Excellent communication skills (PRs, documentation, collaboration)
High autonomy — able to scope, unblock, and execute work independently
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with monorepos (Turborepo, Nx)
Familiarity with AWS & serverless architecture
Experience building editor/builder products or highly interactive UIs
