Minimum requirements for the role:
5+ years experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails or similar full-stack frameworks like Django, MEAN, etc.

Strong proficiency with React (or Vue) for frontend development

Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ActiveRecord

Experience with RESTful API design and implementation

Familiarity with testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, etc.)

Strong collaboration, communication skills, and customer/colleague empathy

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

Interest or experience in AI and machine learning to help build AI agents
