Compensation: $190,000 – $260,000 + equity


About the Role

A high-growth fintech software company is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to take end-to-end ownership of a core product vertical. This role is suited to an experienced full stack engineer who is either operating in, or ready to step into, a technical leadership position. You will work across Angular, .NET Core, and Azure to build secure, scalable systems used by sophisticated financial institutions.

The company builds specialized SaaS platforms supporting financial operations for alternative asset managers and institutional investment firms. Its software is used by over 100 financial organizations managing trillions of dollars in assets, helping streamline and institutionalize complex back-office and payment workflows.


What You’ll Do

Own the full lifecycle of a product vertical from design through deployment
Lead and mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular, .NET Core (C#), and Azure SQL
Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure, including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus
Drive architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices using Azure DevOps


What We’re Looking For

6–10 years of full stack development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Angular and .NET Core / C#
Proven experience building and deploying systems in Azure
Experience taking ownership of complex systems and mentoring engineers
Comfort operating in a fintech or highly regulated environment
Experience with AI/ML integration or AI-assisted development is a plus
