About the job
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help scale the platform that 500+ tutoring schools already rely on. You'll work alongside our CTO to ship features, improve architecture, and build the infrastructure that powers tutoring businesses worldwide.
This is a high-impact role — you'll tackle complex technical challenges, mentor team members, and have real influence over how we build and scale.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain core platform features with a focus on performance and scalability
Collaborate with our CTO and engineering team on architecture decisions
Ship high-quality code quickly while maintaining best practices
Contribute to technical planning and help prioritize the product roadmap
Review code, share knowledge, and help elevate engineering standards across the team

Requirments:
5+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong TypeScript skills
Next.js/React experience
PostgreSQL/database expertise
API development experience
Experience working in a collaborative engineering team

Preferred:
Supabase experience
Experience with SaaS / multi-tenant applications
Familiarity with modern authentication systems
Work with component libraries like shadcn/ui or Material-UI

Bonus:
Background in scheduling, education, or tutoring platforms
Experience with real-time applications
Prior work on API integrations
